My research focuses on molecular dynamics of large-scale assemblies e.g. ribosome using structure-based models. I use theoretical principles and computational techniques grounded by experimental observations to study the dynamics and energetics of large assemblies. I am currently studying the effect of ions on hybrid state formation in the ribosome.
