My research centers on Gene Regulatory Networks (GRNs), with the aim of refining and optimizing their structure and topology. By enhancing the accuracy and representation of these intricate networks, we seek to improve our ability to model cellular states more precisely. Ultimately, this will advance our understanding of the fundamental mechanisms governing cellular behavior, potentially leading to breakthroughs in systems biology and related biomedical fields.
