I am passionate about the development and application of computational modeling methods to study the mechanisms that regulate gene networks driving cellular state transitions. My work and research focus on integrating mathematical modeling and bioinformatics approaches to analyze and interpret gene regulatory networks, particularly in the context of single-cell multi omics. I aim to leverage and develop these interdisciplinary tools to uncover the complexities of cellular behaviors and gene regulation.
